When is the real drop-dead date for her to enter the race -- I don't care about Primaries and positioning -- what's the date where she HAS to announce or be off the ballot?

She has up until the democrat convention, if no one gets a majority of the delegates she can jump in at the last minute which is exactly the plan. She avoids the (sic) media scrutiny and gets to look like the savior.
