Wow, very stupid. I live in Dallas now, but I visit that area for the holidays. One of my favorite places (Sweetwater Billiards) has about 10 pool tables and 7 dart boards. Just try telling those people they can't smoke any more! There goes the liquor tax revenue.

There'll eventually be revenue from fast food taxes and suing Big Food.
