Actually, what I want to do is find an address to post, so we can contribute tax free gifts, prior to his announcement, or website listing. These gifts would be subject to "gift tax" limits of $11K per year, rather than campain contribution limits of $2k per year.

To ALL Posters: Don't be quick to think Herseth has an easy win. When the Central Committee chooses the Candidate to replace Janklow and they go on the ballot. The Republican party will have some choice Candidates to choice from. Some much better than others. I do have a one I am supporting. He is know across the state with rather well name recognition. He will be the one who knows the job and can do the job the minute he hits the pavement in DC. Herseth has her work cut out for her. He is what she claims to be. The Central committee just has to see the light and pick Diedrich as the candidate of choice. Pressler had his day, he is out of touch. Others are not as well know. We must keep this set. As for Dasch in South Dakota a few years ago the voters decided to put in place TERM LIMITS... Now, be term limits good or bad, if the people of SD wanted it for the state what is to say they don't want it for the National level. I think a message should be heard in this. The political arena should not be set up for lifers...... I mean a president can not hold office forever. I wonder why sometimes term limits were never put in place at the national level. Althought I am not sure if I agree with term limits. The politician should know....
