Behind every good man, there is a good woman. We can't say that about the clintons now can we?
To: McGruff
Is it just me or is the picture heavily filtered?
Yes, but mainly for the benefit of Ms. Sawyer.
To: cyborg
And not only that... how much you want to bet she ends up being Barbara Walter's most interesting person of 2003.
Heaven help this country if those two wind up back in the White House.

Am I alone in wondering if Diane Sawyer has a heart for the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of bodies found in mass graves? Girls raped, men's faces melted off with acid?

I agree. He is doing a great job. Don't ever underestimate this man. He's a genius imo. Too many (dims)people underestimate this great leader. At their own peril I might add. Can only imagine Diane after the taping. She sure wishes it wasn't advertised, LOL. I bet she would like to file this one under "Lost battles".
To: Kirkwood
Having to defend against constant attack is not good. Even if successful, it frames the debate in a leftist way.
When she said 50% of people think there were never any WMD, he should have said "Do You?"

To: mystery-ak
do you think he was weak on all the WMD questions.... Only if not smacking a woman upside the head is a sign of weakness.
To: mystery-ak
I'd like him to reach across and smack Sawyer upside the head, "HEY DIANE. I'M THE PRESIDENT. LIVE WITH IT."

thank you for # 196. But even if Diane saw that picture, she still wouldn't understand. President Bush talked to her as if she were a 3 year old..and she still didn't get it! Because she didn't want to.

I think he was grilled beyond what any democrat would have been. Mz. Sawyer was absolutly dense by asking the same question over and over.
To: carton253
"If you read the Kay report (and I know that you have), you will know that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, dual process facility....etc. David Rose has said the same thing."
For me, the scariest part of Kay's report was where he said SH had paid money to North Korea for missles and related technology. It would have been a tiny step for him to purchase nuclear weapons from them.
To: mystery-ak
Not weak - strong. Gave the right and honest answer. He did waht he had to do to make the country secure from a definite threat.
To: clintonh8r
Cool. I was going to tell you that'd make a great tagline but FR started to get bogged down...
To: cyborg
Oh brother! Ann Richards.
