Nah, shoot the whole plane down just after it enters US airspace in the Atlantic. That way you'll take down a bunch of his butt buddies and fellow sadistic SOB's with him and save on the prospect of an endless trial on Fox - all at the same time. If you want a three-fer, test out a new SAM on the plane, and that way we save on testing costs (I know, drones don't cost much, but every little bit helps).
