What about a bunch of white kids, let's say the backfield of the local high school team, are standing around under the street light? Is that OK?

Or, if you have some evidence that all black kids who hang out are thieves, I'd sure be interested to see it.

Andin this guy's case he and his friends were UNDERAGE. Any police officer worth his salt is going to stop and wonder why UNDERAGE kids are hanging out late at night with no parental supervision. And thank G-d they do!
