Very theoretical. Homosexuals are statistically extremely promiscuous - it is the nature of their psychopathology and the nature of their sexual desire to "push the limits" - that is why so many are into horrible painful methods of sexual "fun", and vast numbers of sex partners, even anonymous ones. The day most homosexuals remain faithful to one partner is the day pigs fly.
You can say that about heterosexuals too. We don't care about the civilian ones here, only that the ones in the military stand up to some code of conduct.
