Exceptions make bad rules.

Anyway, if the homosexuals ever get accepted into the military, it is very unlikely, given their behavior in the rest of society, that they would continue to maintain any level of concealment and would spend most of their time rubbing their perversion into the faces of their fellow soldiers.

Again, the homosexuals who have previously served kept it to themselves. By "passing" for normal, they were able to do their jobs.

Take away that need and there will be hell to pay.

Simple. That's sexual harassment, and can fall under the current harsh rules, although some modification to specifically include this type of behavior may be necessary. No exceptions, homosexuals have to live under the same good conduct rules as everyone else.
