It is sad to see the full force of the PINK BRIGADE here on FR. I would expect to see this over at DU, but it is becoming more common here. What these freaks do not understand is that this has nothing to do with being afraid of homos (i.e., their use of the PC word "homophobe"), but has everything to do with a dislike for abhorrent behavior (e.g., such as an unrepentant drug addict, drunk, or pervert.).

Closet homos are often those who crusade against homosexuality in the first place. I believe there was research done in this area.

Funny, I think you are a liar, because I know of several who are currently in the Service, and they have never known of homos/dykes in their units.

Many people are not very perceptive, plus the homosexuals in the unit probably do not trust them with this information if they are like most people here. They knew I didn't care, so they didn't hide it from me. They didn't come right out proclaim "Behold, I am gay," but they didn't hide it either, like feeling free to say "boyfriend" and such. Except the one truck driver where it was just obvious to everyone.

BTW, usually good people to party with at clubs, and I later found that they tend to associate with the most gorgeous straight women.

But the prejudice is the same. You could hear someone is gay and then shun them forever without knowing anything else about them. That's prejudice. You don't know if he's a flaming liberal promiscuous gay activist or a very conservative, understated, stable person with less of a sex life than the average heterosexual. I've known both, and after I get to know a person I know I hate the former.

Yes, it was a lame attempt by the homosexuals to silence their opposition by accusing them of being homosexuals. The smear didn't work, thanks to the shoddy science that they attempted to use. Their pathetic attempt proved there was no connection.

I think it's unnatural, but then half the things humans do are unnatural. Just not my cup of tea: keep it out of my face and out of my house and we'll have no problems. The gays I knew understood my limits, but one forgetting them got some painful bruises once.
