I hate whiners. All these dieticians and doctors are just whining because they've been proven wrong.
It was my doc who started me on locarb. He had gone from a balding, rolypoly obgyn to a lean, buff, balding obgyn. Balding looks better on lean and buff.
Docs have taken their lead from dieticians, btw--a mistake on their parts.
