Renato Martino is no doubt the foreign policy spokesthing for the National "Catholic" Reporter. Just as Rembert Weakland is the spokesthing for avante-garde AmChurchian relations among men and Bozette the Clown as liturgical spokesthing. Ahhh, but how do I really feel?
