I wonder if it takes a unanimous vote to remove Moore, or is 4-3 sufficient. If it is 4-3, he has no chance, I would suspect, for these justices have their own careers to protect.

I find the whole thing sadly ironic. Think of all the horrific 9th circut judges and the fact that they time and again rule against the U.S. Constitution. Nothing happens. Yet the amount of energy expended into this one case is phenomenal.
