I have been over to DU several times,
And the biggest thing I noticed is they don't back up a dang thing they say.... unlike here, where you can see someone posting a doctorial thesis of reseach at any given time.

They sound like a bunch of 12 year olds whining about being grounded by mom.

IOW, don't expect to be dazzled by their reasoning skills.

FR is a pretty smart site. DU is not.

Good point, najida, you would never get away with posting all that stuff here at FR without an outcry for readable backup. As any intelligent person knows, just saying the words don't make it so.

I think the reason they post so young is because most of them ARE young...maybe not twelve but I'd love to know the mean age over there, probably not much past legal drinking age. Gives hope to the familiar quote "If you're not a liberal when you're young you don't have a heart; if you're not conservative when you're older you don't have a brain." :)
