Been on there and will be adding several of those pics to the WinningIraqiFreedom page that documents the capture.

My how the might have fallen, huh? That is sure one dank stink hole he was living in in Tikrit and his run for cover hole in the gound outside of Tikrit.

Well, the Iraqis have been some of most secular technocrats of the Arab world. So, I do feel very optimistic about their future, now that Saddam is gone.
I have my doubts about the wisdom of democracy in other parts, where like Algeria in 1990, the islamists won the elections. But this will strengthen the impulse for democracy in Arabia, as hopefully even some islamists figure out that the Great Satan is their best hope for overthrowing the corrupt regimes repressing them.

But not to nitpick; the efficiency, prestige and honor of the US military is obvious to the world.

The only tactic that I see the Democrats having now is to start calling for quick withdrawal. They don't have anything else to try and beat the President with.

December 13 2003. What a way to "Pump you Up!"

Can you imagine the stench coming out of his rat hole?

No wonder the corpman checked him out for lice and nits!

Of course that drove the Islamokazis on the Arab streets in the Middle East into a deeper depression.

Just updated the page on my site with today's latest pictures. See the link below:

Saddam Hussein Captured

I also updated the speeches page to include President Bush's and PM Blair's announcements, and the maps page to include a map of the capture.

Many thanks to Diogenesis who digs these pics up so well and posts them on his fantastic FR "You gotta see this" threads!

Joe, you are very welcome. I just wanted to make sure and document the event on my dedicatory site to all of Iraqi Freedom...so the truth can be there for anyone wanting to find it.

The cut-off date for the call in is
TODAY, Monday Dec.15.

If you ever left a message on an answering machine you can do this!
It's really that simple. AND It's a Toll Free Number !

You can leave one or more new messages each day.

Send deployed troops message on SoldiersRadio.com

SoldiersRadio is again this year providing a way to let you tell Service members worldwide that you care and are thinking about them during the Holidays.

You can do an Audio Post Card simply by calling 1-800-330-5090.
Your recorded personalized message will be played back on www.SoldiersRadio.com.

You can record a short message (30 seconds) to friends, family members or just a random message of good will. SoldiersRadio will then take your message and put it on the radio Web cast throughout the Holiday Season. Its very simple to do and works both ways ... from the field or to the Service member.

AnyServiceMember.org is also promoting the call-in holiday service in hopes of reaching a large group of people who would like to send a message to Soldiers serving away from home.

LOL! Nope. But that pic was a big one around here when Baghdad fell. I included on this page because it is so appropriate to what happened.

Most of the Iraqi people, who are very close to what has and is happening of course, can see the truth. They've lived through it.

Thanks Ragtime...amd thanks for the ping to your list.

I want that site to be as good an archive as possible. Particularly of the war itself, but also of its aftermath and impact on liberty in the Mid East.
