The following is posted with hyperlinks in the Foster section of my website in the table entry dated December 3, 2003 for my FOIA case:
Less than an hour after the oral argument I held a 25-minute press conference on the Supreme Court steps that was broadcast in its entirety by C-SPAN on its "America and the Courts" program on Saturday, December 6, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. (PT). The program is available in streaming video at http://www.c-span.org. The streaming video is 52 minutes, eleven seconds in length. My press conference was second on the video, beginning at 25 minutes, 18 seconds into the video.
However, C-SPAN states "Note: Most events will remain in the archive for 15 days or less." Therefore, this streaming video may not be available after a few more days.
The quick way to view the video is to click here and click on the link for "A&C: Public Funding for Religion Majors & the Vince Foster Photos".
If that does not work, locate the "Video Search" field near the upper right of C-SPAN's homepage. Enter the phrase "Vince Foster". Click on the link that appears entitled "A&C: Public Funding for Religion Majors & the Vince Foster Photos" that is dated 12/6/03. This will begin the streaming video.
If that does not work, once at C-SPAN's homepage, locate the link on the left under "WATCH / LISTEN" for "Video Library". Clicking on "Video Library" will give you a drop-down menu that includes "Judiciary/Courts". Clicking on "Judiciary/Courts" will get you to this page for "Judiciary/Courts". On the "Judiciary/Courts" page scroll to "A&C: Public Funding for Religion Majors & the Vince Foster Photos" that is dated 12/6/03. Click on that link for the streaming video.
