Congress, the Court, and the Constitution contains instructions, that even the most simpleton in Congress can understand, for dealing with judicial terrorists. However, the congressional testimony lacked instructions for assembling the required spine to proceed on the following lines:

The Advice and Consent & Appointments Clause

Article 2, Section 2, Clauses 2 and 3

Impeachment Clauses

Article 1, Section 2, Clause 5

Article 1, Section 3, Clauses 6 and 7

Article 2, Section 4

Article 3, Section 1

The Exceptions (Jurisdiction) Clause

Article 3, Section 2, Clause 2

The Supremacy Clause

Article 6, Clause 2

The Vesting (Presidential Oath of Office)Clauses

Article II, Section I

The Loyalty Clause

Article 6, Clause 3

Hope you'll focus on the outrageous handling of the Grutter affirmative action case by then-Chief Judge Boyce Martin of the Sixth Circuit.

Judicial tyranny is running wild, from the Supreme Court on down. Something must be done about it.

The Supreme Court of Florida, The Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the Ninth Circuit Court in California all need to be impeached.

And that's just a start.
