My guess is that France and Germany have hit squads right now trying to find Saddam and kill him. They can ill afford to have him talk.

I thought of this theory earlier today. Serious behavior midifcation is about to be noticed by France and Germany. Also because of the threats by his friends and enemies, Saddam is probably stateside.
