No, President Bush does not need to lord this over the world. He certainly does not need Tony Blair or anyone else for that matter to have to call and warn him about that either. President Bush is NOT LIKE THAT to begin with. When will people learn? When will they learn to never underestimate our President. First of all I think hw would not lord this over the world anyway because of his upbringing by his good and loving parents.

Secondly, he is a gentleman first and foremost and would never do anything so arrogant.

You're right. President Bush doesn't need to "lord this over the world". I was thinking one thing while typing another. I was thinking he should be celebrating his victory, but instead it came out wrong. Maybe it's a Freudian typo. My bad.
