Did you ever see the movie Dune?
What will happen is that a dentist will yank a tooth, and insert a cyanide capsule (a suicide tooth) that has no antidote when chomped on (or swollowed)

He was captured with a pistol, obviously too cowardly to 'do the honorable thing.'
