France will be lucky if that's all that happens to them....

Mrs. Bat's theory is that the Frogs, Krauts and Russkies will now get very cooperative and do that requested "debt forgiveness" business...perhaps under the gentle prod from Washington that certain revelations will be kept quieter than they might be under other circumstances.

We need to back off the germans.. They have the biggest contingent of troops in afghanistan... Although they were against iraq they have been right next to us in our other fight..So we need to give them props for that..

Don't think so. I think this Axis of Euroweenies will bring as much pressure as they can to internationalize the prosecution of Saddam and the democratization of Iraq.

American lefties are already behind this minimizing of US influence in Iraq and will bring further pressure on Bush to share responsibility for the rebuild effort with the hapless UN.

The Euroweenies must control the trial so that their complicity in arming and backing Saddam is minimized. It's going to get very interesting.

Meanwhile - Dow up about 175 points tomorrow at a minimum.
