CNN'reporter LIVE from Baghdad is on now (in body armor)reporting that:

"Oh, shut up!"
"Happy Ramadam! Or Happy Chewbakka! Or...umm.....hey, let's have a drink!"

Elsewhere, Charlie Gibson (GMA) is still holding out hope that it's too soon to get a real DNA match.

And in other news, Tom Dasshole is deeply saddened...Yeah, but Dasshole won't cry half as hard as Chirac! :D
Saddam's his old bud of 30 or so. Chirac helped in the sell of the French nuclear reactor to Iraq, called Osirus, and was madder than hell when the Israelis bombed it to hold back the development of Iraqi nukes.

"Tokyo Rose had nothing on these people."
Ohmigosh, you took the words right out of my mouth. Just switched over to CNN, what a traitorous crew. I said to myself: These people make Tokyo Rose look like Betsey Ross!
He was caught like a rat in a cellar. Stuck in a hole in a ground, just like Hitler. Good for him, it couldn't have happened to a more deserving LOSER!
And these dim-witted dims, if they think anybody but the fringe America hating commies have any sympathy for this man, or others like him, they couldn't be more wrong.
This is a great day. I'm so happy I'm here to see it all as it happens.
PS: heard your namesake song today, great song! On the 100th anniversary of Flight celebration on WFUV, Fordham U radio with Pete Fornatale.

I never watch CNN because it honestly makes me too angry. Today I was up when all the news was breaking and broke my rule and switched over there and couldn't believe the witch on air said you could hear gunfire all over the city. Then she got a look of disdain on her face and started complaining about all the guns still around! Only an idiot could think about gun control when Saddam's capture had been announced in the previous 30 minutes! Liberals are some of the most petty, negative, unhappy, miserable people in the world. Every thing they have said Bush has failed to do keeps getting taken care of and they look so stupid. God bless the great troops of the U.S.A. and our coalition partners that have stood with us when the chips were down.

CBS radio reporter said the opposition won't stop because Saddam wasn't directing the 'resistance' forces.
We'll soon see.

Wishful thinking by the libs. They want a eurotrash court to try him so they can spin him into a victim and put W and Blair on trial. We need to pressure against that happening.

This was the first thread I saw this morning...before I got the news. My first thought was, "If CNN is spinning it like this, we must be really close." :-)
To: SkyPilot
That is not a good one though, "(or his twin)".

I simply can not wait to see how the Democrats blame the capture of Saddam on President Bush.

These people are so blinded by their ideology, so sure of the correctness of their philosophy that the idea that they may be wrong in the their interpretation of the facts at hand never enters their mind no mater how much obvious evidence to the contrary is right before their eyes (and in this case ears).

They must constantly rehearse negative responses to every possible contingency. It's the only explanation.
