I'm wondering what the scene looks like at DNC headquarters. I imagine it's like one of the final scenes from the movie "The Longest Day". We finally broke through at Normandy and the German general was evacuating his headquarters. He looked reflectively at the map while his staff burns files and plans in the fireplace below it. I see Terry McAuliffe doing this with the talking points, reflecting on their usual failure.
