I saw a history channel show that detailed why it's important for countries that have undergone the ruthless tactics that were displayed in Iraq for 30 years to undergo a national catharsis and it's generally best obtained through national, televised trials and which they can participate or at least watch.
That said, the world will be a better place when all talking is done with this mass murderer and he is executed.
