CNN saying interrogations of those close to Saddam led to capture.
It sounds like no one will be getting that reward $$, if that proves to be true, because surely we aren't going to pay Saddam loyalists who are already in custody.

I dunno. There was a report earlier from Gen. Sanchez that said someone came in with a tip on his location. It was received at 10:50pm IST and the plan executed at 11:15pm IST.
Scuttlebut is that a family member ratted on him for the money.
I don't care (too much) 'cept that he is now in custody.
I called my father at 6:45 and woke him up with the news. He wasn't as civil as I was: Darn. He's still alive.
