When/if you show up, please bring along the declaration you claimed where 23 out of 25 members had pledged to pass the draft constitution. I am still waiting.

Oh, I didn´t claimed that, but that there was /or at least should have been/ a declaration of all 25 states in which they say on which they agreed and on which they didn´t. I also claimed that 23 states had no problems with the proposed voting system.
