Sure nice that the English specify that America has the right to spend American money as it choses. Now it is official - England said it.

So convenient that anything America does or says is wrong -unless it provides money, soldiers for the use of European countries. In other words - America is merely a money bag for use as specified by the smaller, yet more elitist governments of the world.

America is merely to shut up and pay up.

It's VERY sad that Tony Blair recognizes this but none of the 9 weasels running for President do. They're all worried about offending the UN, French, Germans and Russians while Bush and Blair are concerned about the future of Iraq. And these losers think they're better suited to be President? Sheesh!
