I really didn't mean to be insenitive, and grief is emotional, and I empathize with the anger directed towards me, but does that mean stating an opinion that suicide is selfish is forbidden. I have learned a lot by posting on this thread, and life, IMO, is a class everyday and we learn from it everyday to make ourselves better people.

Good. A Dane that learns, that thinks of others before himself, will be a Dane I can really learn to like.

Tough times cause growth. Sounds like the flack you got was growth-inducing. :o)

Tact is defined as the "delicate perception of the right thing to say or do without offending."

Opinions are not forbidden. Never. But time and place sometimes play a role.
