Yes - but sometimes the answer is "no" or no-answer. There was a situation in my life where prayer for year after year did not result in the help I prayed for.

You would think this resulted in a lack of faith when the outcome was reached - but, it did not.

Sometimes, when we go through tough times, God still blesses, comforts and walks with us - even if He did not change the outcome.

Hard to accept but we sometimes just have to go on day by day. True, we could lose faith, we could hate God but what does that do?

Just sometimes the help we want is not forthcoming but God still loves us, comforts us, and walks with us. Wish it had been different but to hold grudges, to lose faith just seems to make it all worse. Better to move forward and leave the understanding by the wayside.

We all eventually die. I know that man desires to live longer and longer, but even the most faithful come to the end of their lives.
