I guess that explains how the back seat guy got out when the aircraft started to roll. I would suspect that anyone who had to fly with her, flew with both hands on the ejection seat D-ring just in case.

I saw the video of the landing, I wish I had a copy. I was working a job for the engine mfg at the time, and they were analyzing the tape and going berserk because the stall of an engine should not have made the plane roll as it did. and the rudder looked like it moved. At that slow speed of approach, she probably stalled the left wing, causing the roll.
The GIB ejected at about +30 to +20 deg. to horizon, Pilot then was ejected at about -20 to -30 deg. to the horizon and was rocketed into the ocean, likely killed on impact with the ocean.
