IIRC, congressional Dems, including Hildebeast, imposed price caps on flu vaccine. Several years ago a dozen or so companies made the vaccine. Now, only two because it is almost impossible to produce without incurring a loss.

Voila: shortage of flu vaccine.

Heck, there IS a price cap on flu vaccine caused by the Harvard Medical School derived Resource Based Relative Value System. RBRVS defines the federal reimbursement level for a vial of vaccine.
