No one else saw that. There was and is, no physical evidence of anything like that being there. Lt Col Halt and his team did NOT see these lights. They only saw the lighthouse. I could give you a hundred thousand reports of people claiming to have seen alien spacecraft and a huge percentage of them are either telling a lie, misunderstanding what they saw, or are confused. This story does not revolve around the report (with no evidence) of the one airman. It supposedly revolves around Lt Col Halt's OFFICIAL report. And he did not corroborate the sighting as you quoted it. He saw only the lighthouse and lightship though he will not now admit that he was mistaken. He got indignant when questioned about it claiming to be "insulted" that someone could claim he was mistaken.
