That's where you are mistaken. It DID fit the lighthouse. He thought he was seeing both the UFO and the lighthouse. But the directions he gave match up with the lightship being at the location he thought was the lighthouse and the lighthouse being at the location he thought was the UFO. He thought he was seeing the UFO and the lighthouse, but he was actually seeing the lightship and the lighthouse. Like I said, the lightship was not always lit and he was not familiar with it.

I knew this to be your construction on reality when I made the other post.

This is not remotely close to my construction on the realit of the witnesses either in tonight's program or in earlier documentation on it.

I can understand how your biases seem to leave you with no choice but to construe the testimony in such a fashion. I consider such a construction to be a gross distortion of the facts.

I realize you see it as a clarification or disproof of the facts as presented on the program.
