The percentage of CONSERVATIVES among hispanics is dropping. 40 years ago they voted mostly conservative. The reasons for that is that 40 years ago the hispanic vote was predominantly Cuban-American and some SW hispanic American. The percentages are changing with the high welfare and government dependent classes moving in from Mexico -- and they aren't the Catholics you think with a very high teen and illegitimacy rate ---- in high schools with many immigrants from Mexico --- it's common for girls to have 2 or 3 babies before age 18.
