So if someone is simply praising God that a sinner is dead, I also think that is wrong. We should rejoice when God delivers His children from persecution in whatever manner He chooses, but to be happy just because someone died instead of being transformed, I would agree that that is the wrong time and reason for rejoicing.
And that's the point I was trying to make. There are plenty of other reasons for rejoicing.
