Im going to read Your post whenever Im down again Luke, I feel great today and it still motivated me. Maybe i should read it every monday! I might.

The Churchill story really rang a bell with me. And many of the other posts here have.

Hearing others peoples views on their depression, and lost loved ones, makes me feel so less alone about it now.

This thread has improved my life because the next time I get depressed i will remember or read again the things You individuals have posted here.

And to me its quite a testament the number of people who make it through the valley with Gods help. I hope every one gives Him a chance to help. As well as resist the urge to abandon Him on the mountantop like i have done much too often.

Remember, Freepmail is free, its easy, As others have offerred i will be here till the end if anyone ever needs me too.

One parting thought, There were many posts here that i wanted to respond to even though some were not to me. I bet the same could be said for others here. Your post was important, and likely made a difference in someones life regardless if it recieved a reply.

Ps: Too any depressed lurker too shy too post, feel free to freemail me or others if you dont want to post out here. It helps to just talk sometimes and winter is rough. YOU are not alone.

Churchill called his depression "the black dog". He also used to say "When you find yourself in hell, keep walking". Anyone suffering from anxiety/depression should read more about him for inspiration.
