If you are involved in intelligence operations or their oversight one might take you seriously.I'm not. Are
you involved in intelligence operations or their oversight giving you a more informed stance? If not, then how can you stand by what you stated earlier?
You've yet to give me another example similar to this one!

Not exactly similar, but FWIW:
The Feds (Treasury) took 8 years to bust Seagrams on various charges. Much of that time was spent by agents going over records in a locked room w/an armed guard at the door. My father was one of the agents inside the room.
This took place in Milwaukee, WI and I can't for the life of me recall the dates....70's, IIRC, but it could have been a bit earlier; I was already out of the family home and my father never discussed his cases much. I learned this bit from one of his collegues sometime in the 80's after they had both retired. Dad confirmed the timeline and the circumstances, but never revealed details or sources.
