Rescue crews had to use extrication equipment to cut the fence and free the suspect, Roberts reported. Part of the fence was still stuck inside the suspect when he was taken by medical helicopter to a local hospital. It was simply WRONG to damage that very excellent fence in order minimize this insufferable perp's pain and injury. It's not like HE's going to pay to restore it to it's original beauty and functionality!
