Maybe I'm confused but your post asked merely "why" when the original poster said that Wellstone would not be voting on any repeal of CFR.

I'd appreciate any clarification if you meant something else, though I need to log off soon.

No where did the poster say that he shouldn't be voting on any repeal of CFR... that's your words not the posters....

The original list of votes was on the original vote back on Mar 20, 2002 for the Senate and sometime in Feb. for the House... Wellstone was killed on Oct. 25, 2002. So my question to the poster was why shouldn't Wellstone have been voting.....
