with his history of violent criminal behavior why is this guy out?

Because he served his sentence. It sounds like he got a deal with the DA.

When you let 100 convicted sex murders out of prison, knowing that they have a 25% chance of killing again.
How is that any different than just selecting a random group of 25 people from the phone book and killing them.

How are the Judges, lawyers, ACLU supporters and legislators, who know this, not just as guilty as the actual perpatrators of murdering these 25 innocents.
Until the people stop electing Democrats and RINOs who pepetuate this system of putting the interests of murders ahead of the interests of their victims, these outrages will continue

In a pine box, of course.

They finally released his name per CLTV local Chicago cable news station.

His name is David Maust, 49 years old. Neighbors called him "Crazy Dave" because he would cut his lawn with scissors.

It probably wouldn't matter much, as most psychiatrists are crazier than their patients.

Parole boards are NEVER held accountable for the scum they release. THe 1983 recidivisim report showed a 62% recidivisim rate. The 1994 recidivisim report shows recidivisims rates are now 68%. In the 1991 Parole & Probation report shows In 1991, 45% of State prisoners were persons who, at the time they committed their offense, were under conditional supervision in the community--either on probation or on parole.

Based on the offense that brought them to prison, the 162,000 probation violators committed at least 6,400 murders, 7,400 rapes, 10,400 assaults, and 17,000 robberies, while under supervision in the community an average of 17 months.

Based on the offense that brought parolees back to prison, these 156,000 offenders committed at least 6,800 murders, 5,500 rapes, 8,800 assaults, and 22,500 robberies, while under supervision in the community an average of 13 months.

That's 13,200 murders that didn't have to take place if the scum were either imprisoned or kept locked up for the full extent of their sentences.

12,900 rapes, 19,200 assaults, 39,500 robberies GRAND TOTAL OF 84,800 violent crimes

Unfortunately its seems like the death penalty argument upstages everything else. Just like every thief needs a good jostle the libs use the idea that some innocent person might die somehwere to distract us from all the habitual criminals they let loose to kill hundreds of innocent people in our society.

And instead of trying to out democrat the democrats some republican ought to come up with a way to hold the system more accountable for recidivists who kill.

Perhaps there's a better way, but IMO having shrinks lose their license would be a darn good start.

Read the 1994 recidivisim report. It doesn't get better. Here is a book I HIGHLY recommend It is an expose on the Criminal Justice System it is written by Robert Bidinotto. You have to order it. It opens your eyes to what has been going on for the past few decades.

"The suspect has a long history of violence against teen boys, records show. He pleaded guilty to killing a 15-year-old boy near Elgin in 1981, was imprisoned in Texas for stabbing a young man, and was discharged from the U.S. Army after being convicted of manslaughter for killing a German boy."

This is unacceptable. The Judge/parole board who released this monster on society should be held accountable and jailed, as they have just as much blood on their hands as this freak.

This is from Howard Deans' Website:

"I will work for federal legislation to restore the right to vote in any federal election for ex-felons who have paid their debt to society."

I guess Dean would have no problem with this freak having the same right to vote as you or I....after all - he had "paid his debt to society"...

Time for some arabic prison time.

Arabic prison time? Hummnnn, don't they also cut off the offending body parts? You know, life if you steal, off comes a hand. Maybe the US needs to hire a few Lorena Bobbitts.
