Do you remember all the Brigadiers during the 00' election? They were quite fervent, but they only got 0.5 of the vote. However, if you read this forum, it seemed like they were legion.

The Brigadiers were fun to debate. They had convinced themselves that Pat was going to run away with the election, and we had better get on board before it was too late. A lot of them are gone now, and while I understand why he was permanently banned, I still miss A+Bert.

I remember only too well. Then, there were the massive amounts of other fringer posts. All combined, they made FR look as though it was the asylum for the mentally deranged/crazy aunt in the attic. Those times were NOT pleasant at all.
Oldtimers, like us, have been through the wars here. LOL
