Gerrr, we are not a nation of immigrants and never have been. We are a nation of English subjects that inhabited new territory claimed by England and then revolted against her establishing our own nation.

Our immigration problems began then and continue to this day.

I am not about to argue immigration with you or anyone else. I am sick of legal and illegal immigration with so many government subsidies. I do feel sorry for those who are playing by the rules and not dependant on the American taxpayer.
