Questioning those who believe they can achieve political perfection on Earth is not attacking.

It is other people pointing out the real world to them.

Because FR is mutating into GOP FR. There are GOP operatives here running a version of the old protection racket.

Hoodlums come to your store, tell you that you either pay $100 a week for their protection, or you'll sustain $500 damage a week.

You "vote for the lesser of two evils" by paying the $100, and evil triumphs.

The same extortion is being done here. You are instructed, "Either you vote for someone who shredded the Constituion, or you'll get someone who REALLY shreds it."

In other words, your vote is being extorted by some here. They are playing on the fears and vulnerabilties of people. They are, in effect, much like the hoodlums running the protection racket.

And as an added "bonus feature", these extortionists try to make you feel GUILTY and actually tell you that it'll be all YOUR fault if the counrty goes to hell because you didn't vote for the guy who just ripped the heart (free speech) out of the Constitution.

Nice touch, huh!?

Then there are the ones who have actually been convinced that these extortionists are right.

My vote is mine. If the GOP wants it, it can earn it. If it doesn't, the fault doesn't lie with me, AND I WON'T BE EXTORTED BY A BUNCH OF FEARMONGERING HOODLUMS INTO VOTING FOR SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T DESERVE IT.
