The ones who were in the minority, by the way, are the ones Bush would appoint.

I'd also like to see Fox put on a broadcast nightly news opposite Rather, Jennings, and Brokaw. We saw that they could kick butt in cable news, let's see what happens to the playing field when a "Fair and Balanced" nightly news on a BROADCAST network happens.

I'm very glad you and I are on more civil terms. I do hope you see the incredible danger this ruling is. Not only did the SCOTUS "Take a bite outta rights" (to paraphrase McRuff, the Crime Dog), but they also employed a rationale that is simply frightening -- that of an 'compelling state interest'. Armed with this very facist-sounding rationale, none of the Amendments to the Bill of Rights are safe.
