Abandoning the relative safety of his amphibious assault vehicle, he ran 120 meters down the middle of the minefield through enemy rocket-propelled grenade and machine gun fire. Upon reaching the end of the cleared lane, he manually placed a Bangalor Torpedo into the remaining minefield. All I can say is .... Wow! Now THAT's a real man. My boys (who love anything having to do with soldiering) are certainly going to hear this story. Thanks for the ping!

That's sir to you. Whatsa matter ? Can't men admire the manliness of other men ? Gee, and I'm a sailor too. Should I be worried ?

I think you're confusing bravery with manliness - sir.
But, since you're "In the Navy" I could be wrong.
To: oh8eleven
Well I'm not going to quibble over words. Bravery it is, then.

Thanks. Hope to hear more from Brandon Warpness and his mother.
Thanks to them and to all who make sacrifices to protect this country and those who love liberty.
