Welcome to Save Disney.com. This website is devoted to those concerned about the welfare of The Walt Disney Company and its future direction. Stan Gold and I plan to use this site as a central information location as we begin to restore Disney to its position as the preeminent entertainment company in the world. We have also provided a mechanism for all interested parties to provide ideas, comments, concerns and input, and we sincerely hope that you will communicate with us.

I thank you for your concern about this wonderful Company founded by my father and uncle more than 80 years ago whose sole motivation was to provide lasting and wholesome entertainment to people around the world. I guess I'll have to continue posting this until people stop misrepresenting Disney's relationship with the Gays Days event.

Disney does not sponsor, endorse or otherwise "host" the Gays Days event at either of its Disney resorts. Gay Days is an entirely unofficial event attended by both gay and straight individuals on their own accord without any pre-planning or consultation with Disney officials. Short of banning all homosexuals from Disney parks (a logistical impossibility), Gay Days will continue.

If anyone's at fault, it's the individual security officers who don't immediately seize upon indecent activities regardless of the perpetrators. It's a problem 365 days a year at Disney parks. I don't understand why Gay Days gets singled out like this.
