It's called the Law of Common Sense For Pregnant Women.

Should a pregnant woman smoke? Should a pregnant woman patronize smoke filled establishments? What if she not visibly "showing with child", should an owner give a "pregnancy test" to all women entering his smoke-filled establishment? Should a pregnant woman seek employment in a smoke filled environment?
