No, I never cared much for the law one way or the other. I do believe it to be Constitutional but also believe it will be essentially irrelevent after the RATS figure out the best way to gut and get around its provisions.

I am responding to the unwarranted hysteria of those who do not understand it or are stating falsehoods about it.

The reality is that the vast majority of Americans naively IMHO believe it to be important until that naivity is changed all this blustering and bellowing means nothing.
