Your argument sounds more emotional than intellectual...I don't doubt that there are many who "feel" the way that you do who are incapable of turning the switch to the "OFF" position when a political ad is on.

My "argument" is that the constitution gives Congress the power to regulate elections under Article I, Section 4. This is a totally intellectual argument.
Emotionalism and hysterics are what those ready the attack Bush are showing.
