You guys are Jabronis. Tomato Cans. More like Palookas.

The Legislature passed it, the Executive signed it. The Supreme Court reviewd and confirmed it. It's CONSTITUTIONALLY VALID Judge Wapner.

You and the rest of the Bowery Boys are grossly incompetent in the field of Constitutional Law.

Shoo!

...The court also upheld restrictions on political ads in the weeks before an election. The television and radio ads often feature harsh attacks by one politician against another or by groups running commercials against candidates...

Take your meds, Fluffy.

Just because the Congress passed it, the President signed it and the courts OKay'd it does not mean its valid.

They can be wrong.

Oh... they said you are 2/3rds of a person too....

BS! It's the SCOTUS, Congress and Bush that are.

They are believers in the Old Jeffersonian myth that every man decides what the constitution means. But someone has to read it to them.

The problem here is that Congress had NO BUSINESS passing this law. There was no consensus from the American people that they wanted this. Poll after poll showed that this was NOT an important issue, that it was way down the list compared to other more important issues. IMO, Congress voted AGAINST the will of the people for McCain-Feingold.

Do you consider abortion to be "Constitutionally valid"?

This is not the way to change the constitution according to the constitution and subsequent ruling. This law changes the first amendment. That is not constitutional simply by voting in the houses, signing by the executive and having the supremes rubber stamp it. Constitutional changes require much higher majority in the US House and Senate and I think they also require ratification from a majority of the states in specific votes. All 3 branches of government copped out on this one, and stole the voice of the individual states and the voice of the individual state's people in the process.
