It is a trivial matter and no one is stopped from doing anything or saying anything. Trivial? Have you read Scalia's dissent (to which I flagged you)? He does not consider the matter trivial, not at all.

The portion posted here was filled with incorrect statements regarding to impact of the law. It does not stop political speech and the slowing down of it is minimal. Merely forming a PAC removes all obstacles the law puts up.
While many here harken back to the Founders none seem to realize that allowing power seizures by unaccounted and unknown forces through soft money ads is nothing they would support NOT ONE of them.
